Juicer Recipes


These juices and cocktails are tasty and refreshing.
First, start with chilled fruit and vegetables.
Second, select the fruits and vegetables called for in the recipe. Always wash them before juicing. Sometimes I may peel and that is a matter of point of view. Some people advocate going organic to attain the most health benefit of juicing.
Third, it is highly recommended that you prepare your juice and drink it right away. Fresh vegetable or fruit juice can lose its nutritional value quickly. It should be safe to store it in your refrigerator for a period of 24 hours, provided it is in an airtight container.

Anti-Virus/Cold Prevention - high in vitamin C
1. Apple-Kiwi Juice:
  •   2 apples,
  •   4 kiwis
2. Apple-Orange Juice:
  •    2 apples, 
  •    1 orange (peel and discard skin of the orange)
3. Pineapple-Tangerine Juice:
  • 1 1-inch thick pineapple round, 
  • 3-4 tangerines (peel and discard skin of tangerine) 
Bone Building Tonic – high in calcium
  • 5-6 carrots, 
  • 4 kale leaves,
  • 4 sprigs of parsley, 
  • ½ apple
Nausea Relief Recipe
  • 4 apples, 
  • 1-inch knob of ginger root
 Sweet Tooth’s Treat -Consumption of these berries will reduce your cravings for the unhealthy sweets.
  • 1 Cup raspberries
  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 Apples
The Green Carrot
  • 1 Cup of spinach
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Stalks of celery including leaves
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1/2 Apple
